Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Operator of NeuroVerdict (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "Service") and the person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1.3. Use of the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, the Public Offer, and the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must cease using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. NeuroVerdict is an AI search engine with answer verification. The Service sends user queries to multiple AI models with web search, cross-references the answers, and produces a verified result.

2.2. The Service provides information generated by AI models and acts solely as an information intermediary.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. Access to the Service is provided after authorization through external providers (Google, VK ID, Telegram) or in anonymous mode.

3.2. The User agrees to use the Service in good faith and in accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.1. Authorization is performed through OAuth providers (Google, VK, Telegram). The Service does not store user passwords.

4.2. All actions performed under a User's account are deemed to have been performed by the User.

4.3. The User may delete their account and all associated data through the profile page.

5. Content and Search Results

5.1. Answers provided by the Service are generated by AI models and do not constitute an official opinion, consultation, or recommendation of the Operator.

5.2. Answers should not be used for making medical, legal, or financial decisions without consulting a specialist.

5.3. The User bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of and using the information obtained.

6. Credit System and Payment

6.1. The Service operates on a credit-based system. The cost of a query depends on the search mode and number of models.

6.2. Subscription plan terms and credit packages are listed on the Pricing page and in the Public Offer.

6.3. Unused credits are non-refundable in monetary form.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Operator shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. The Operator does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Service but makes reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.

7.3. The Operator shall not be liable for the quality and accuracy of answers generated by AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The design, code, texts, graphics, and other elements of the Service are intellectual property and are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Copying, reproduction, and distribution of Service materials is permitted only with written permission of the Operator.

9. Termination of Access

9.1. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of the Agreement or applicable law.

10. Amendment of Terms

10.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend the terms of the Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available at neuroverdict.com/terms.

10.2. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in a court at the Operator's location.
