1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedures for processing and protecting personal data of users of NeuroVerdict (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.3. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation and other applicable regulations.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. The Service minimizes the collection of personal data. The following may be processed during use:

• authorization data: hashed OAuth provider identifier (Google, VK, Telegram). The Service does not store names, email addresses, passwords, or other personal data;
• usage data: query history, selected models, settings;
• cookies: session tokens for authorization (httpOnly).

2.2. The Service does not log IP addresses of users.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

3.1. Data is processed for:

• authorization and account management;
• providing Service functionality;
• calculating and deducting credits;
• processing payments;
• ensuring security;
• compliance with legal requirements.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

4.1. The Service uses cookies for authorization and LocalStorage for storing settings (language, onboarding).

4.2. The User may restrict cookie usage in browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of the Service.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

5.1. Search query text is transmitted to AI model providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Groq) for search execution.

5.2. Payment data is processed by the payment provider. The Operator does not store bank card details.

5.3. Data may be disclosed to authorized government bodies in cases provided for by law.

6. Data Storage and Protection

6.1. Data is stored on servers with encryption (SSL/TLS).

6.2. OAuth provider identifiers are hashed using the SHA-256 algorithm and cannot be restored to their original form.

6.3. The Operator takes reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

7. User Rights

7.1. The User has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their data;
• delete their account and all associated data through the profile page;
• withdraw consent to data processing;
• file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (Russian data protection authority).
